The enculturation process is not,however,a one-way street from the culture of the community to the individuals who enter it.In this way the community undergoes constant transformation as it also transforms its members.This forging of community through shared deliberation marks off the just community approach from other approaches that foster community through processes designed to help students get to know each other and work together.
